Board Meeting Schedule
This fire department operates off of tax payer funding, so the Board of Directors and fire department management feel the strong need to be as transparent as possible. This fire department allows the public to attend and participate in the following meeting, located at the main station of this fire department.
Annual Meeting
This fire department has what is known as a Annual Meeting. This meeting allows the Board of Directors and fire department management to interact with the public it serves and obtain their input. The below agenda is normally followed, but the fire department is not limited to the following agenda:
- Call the Meeting to Order;
- Roll call by the Secretary of the Board;
- Approval of the minutes of the last annual meeting;
- Approval of the Treasurer’s Report;
- Fire Chief’s Report to the Board;
- Appointments/Elections of Board Members, if applicable;
- Election of Board Officers, if applicable;
- Old Business;
- New Business;
- Public Comment Time;
- Adjournment.
